We offer a wide selection of handwheel styles to meet a variety of applications with diameters ranging from 3" to 14". Both standard and offset handwheels are available made from cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and nylon. Handles are optional.

We offer hand knobs in a variety of styles and materials including aluminum, cast iron, steel, stainless steel, die-cast, and plastic.

We also offer a variety of handles in both standard/metric sizes that can be used with other Morton parts or in your application. Handles/T-Handles used for clamping, cranking, pulling, and revolving are available in cast steel, aluminum, and plastic. A variety of styles and materials are available for your custom applications.

Adjustable handles have an internal ratchet system suitable for OEM equipment and work holding applications. Clamping levers made from die-cast steel, stainless steel, and plastic are available. We offer handles with both internal threads as well as with a projecting screw.

The new T-Handle design is easier to grip and helps to provide uniform clamping pressure making the handles more durable. Adjustable T-Handles are made from die-cast steel, stainless steel, and plastic. Thread sizes are available in all common inch and metric sizes.

Leveling pads can be used as leveling bases on machine tools, heavy shelving, racks, and benching. Our leveling pads offer a 15-degree swivel and they are available in steel and stainless steel.

We offer both spring plunger as well as ball plungers made from steel, stainless steel, brass, and nylon. These are available in inch and metric sizes with both screwdriver slots and hex drive sockets. Our plungers are offered with varying internal spring tensions to help meet your exact requirements.

We offer a full line of precision thumb screws made from steel, stainless steel, and brass in a variety of styles and designs. Thread sizes are available in both Inch and Metric starting from 4-40 and M3 to 1/2-13 and M12.

Morton has the precision washer for all your tooling applications. Our tooling component washers include precision flat, self-aligning, c-washers, fender, and heavy duty washers made from steel and stainless steel.

We make clamp straps in case hardened steel and 304 stainless steel in a wide variety of styles to meet your custom applications.

We also offer nuts and bolts available in both inch and metric sizes, including T-slot, eye, rod ends, swing, and forged lifting bolts. Fixture nuts and bolts are made from steel, stainless steel, brass, plastic, and Nylatron®.
